On Live Sale days, simply visit our Instagram page on Live Sale days and tap the profile icon to join our LIVE when we go live. You’re welcome to join at any point during the sale, which runs from 3pm PT / 6pm ET for about 3 or 4 hours.

If you’d prefer not to scroll on social media, you can also sign up for text message reminders. We’ll send you a direct link as soon as the Live Sale begins, making it easy to join with just one tap.

There’s no pressure to purchase. Many people join simply to listen, learn, and be part of the community.

Each Live Sale table is thoughtfully curated with gems, crystals, and minerals of all price points intuitively chosen by our founder, Jillian. Live Sales are often inspired by themes such as Intentions, Energetic Alignment, Elements, Localities, Stone Type, Mythology, and more.

We share details about what will be available in the days leading up to each Live Sale via:

• Announcements/Posts on Instagram
• A Live Sale email newsletter with a full list of available crystals
• Text updates for those who are signed up

On Monday evenings at 5pm PT during Live Sale weeks, Jillian also goes live on Instagram for a Sneak Peek, offering a first look at exactly what will be on that week’s Live Sale table.

To claim an item during the Live Sale, simply be the first person to comment the item’s price and letter, for example 32a or 85b. The number reflects the price, and the letter helps distinguish between similar pieces shown during the Live.

Items are only eligible to be claimed once they’ve been individually shown and clearly labeled during the Live Sale.

Please note that due to Instagram’s comment display, the order comments appear on your screen may differ slightly from what we see on ours. The claim is awarded to the first comment that appears on our screen.

Because Live Sales move in real time and pieces are often one-of-a-kind, we ask that you please be sure before submitting a claim. Claiming a crystal is a commitment to purchase it. This helps keep the experience fair, respectful, and smooth for everyone participating.

After the Live Sale, we’ll send you a Direct Message on Instagram to request your email address if you are new, as all invoices are sent directly via email. You’re also welcome to message us your preferred email address right after the sale to help ensure prompt invoicing.

Our Tuesday and Wednesday Live Sales are considered Part I & Part II of the same event. Invoices for both evenings are sent together throughout the day Thursday.

Invoices are delivered straight to your email inbox. If you don’t see your invoice, please be sure to check your Promotions and Spam folders, just in case.

Payment is due within 24 hours, by the end of day Friday.

If you ever have questions about your invoice or think something may be missing, please don’t hesitate to reach out via DM. We’re always happy to help.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

For U.S. and Canada–based customers, we also offer Sezzle, an option that allows you to split your purchase into four biweekly payments, with 25% due at checkout.

If you’re a member of the Crystal Collective, you’re also welcome to use your Gems as credit toward Live Sale purchases.

We encourage you to choose the payment option that feels most supportive for you. There’s never any pressure to purchase beyond your comfort.

Occasionally, Instagram may block comments and claims on Live Sale feeds if the platform suspects automated activity. If you think this might be happening, try commenting using complete sentences, emojis, or playful words or phrases to signal to the algorithm that you’re a real human. A little personality goes a long way. (Some community favorites include “potato” and “wench.”)

If your internet connection is unstable, you may experience a slight delay. If that happens, try exiting Instagram and reopening the app. Some community members also find it easier to stream the Live Sale on a computer or tablet rather than a phone.

Above all, we ask that everyone participate with kindness and respect. Live Sales move in real time, and it’s not always possible for everyone to receive the piece they hoped for. While disappointment can happen, we trust that each crystal finds its way to the person it’s meant for. We do our best to keep the experience fair and calm so that everyone can enjoy being part of the space.

If you’re unable to attend the Live Sale, you’re still welcome to explore what was shared. We post both the Live Sale and the Recap videos as Reels on our Instagram feed.

To see what may still be available, watch the Recap video and send us a DM if you spot an unclaimed item you’re drawn to. If the piece is still available, we’ll be happy to confirm it for you. If you have a backup piece in mind, feel free to let us know that as well.

Since many of our community members participate in multiple Live Sales, we offer an Open Box option. This allows you to purchase items across multiple Live Sales and have them shipped together.

Bundled shipping helps save on shipping costs and also reduces packaging materials and carbon emissions, which aligns with our commitment to mindful, sustainable practices.

You’re welcome to keep an Open Box open for up to two months, or until your box is full, whichever comes first. Shipping will be bundled and charged once your box ships.

On Wednesday evening after the Live Sale, we’ll send a DM to check in about your shipping preferences so we can update your invoice accordingly. If we don’t hear back by Thursday at 8am PT, we may select a shipping option on your behalf and proceed with shipping to keep things moving smoothly.

If you’re participating in Live Sales and have an Open Box, you’re also welcome to bundle website orders into that same box.

Simply check out on our website as usual, then send us a DM as soon as possible with your order number so we can apply it to your Open Box.

Any shipping paid at website checkout will be applied toward your final bundled shipping total. If there’s an overage, it will always be refunded.

This option helps reduce shipping costs and packaging materials while keeping everything together until your box ships.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination.

Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS, unless another option is requested. International orders are typically shipped via USPS International or FedEx, depending on which option is faster and more cost-effective at the time of shipment.

Typical domestic shipping rates (via USPS Ground Advantage) are:

• Under 5 oz: $5–$6.50
• 6 oz–1 lb: $8.50
• 1–2 lbs: $10
• 2–3 lbs: $12.50
• 3–4 lbs: $16
  

All Live Sale orders ship within 1–4 business days after payment is received. If an invoice is paid late, your order may ship the following week, and we might be unable to combine shipping with other orders.

All packages ship from Oregon, USA.

Our shipping priorities

When preparing your order, we focus on three things:

1. Getting your crystals to you safely
   
2. Using earth-friendly packaging, including reused, recycled, or biodegradable materials (yes, even our bubble wrap)
   
3. Saving you money whenever possible 🎉
   

Please note that extra-large or especially delicate pieces may occasionally require professional packing and could incur an additional packing fee beyond standard shipping. This is uncommon, and we’ll always reach out to you before moving forward.

Yes. We’re happy to offer free shipping on individual Live Sale orders totaling $250 or more.

Free shipping covers up to $20 in shipping costs. If shipping exceeds this amount, any overage may be invoiced separately.

For orders that qualify for free shipping, Route Insurance is automatically included to protect your order once it leaves our hands and provide added peace of mind during shipping. If you’d prefer to opt out of Route Insurance, just let us know. Please note that without insurance, we’re unable to assume responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
