When you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you don’t see it.
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received. If it’s been more than 4 business days and you haven’t received tracking, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes, it is possible but speed is of the essence.
We recommend you send the correct address via the Contact Form referencing the Order Number, and then immediately call our store at (503) 902-2675.
We will try our best to update the address in time, but are not responsible if we ship the order before we know about the change of address.
Worldwide shipping is available anywhere we legally are able to ship to.

All sales are final. However, we want every piece to be loved in its new home. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll be happy to review the situation.
We do not offer individual sourcing requests at this time, but we regularly bring in new and unique pieces, and often have items in stock not available on the website yet.

We offer repairs for beaded bracelets purchased from Sage Crystals.
Other Jewelry:
At this time, we’re unable to repair other types of jewelry. However, if a jewelry piece from us breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly offer a replacement (if available) or Sage Credit.
